As a small business with just a handful of employees, an entrepreneur’s main focus is to deliver the core products or services the company is designed to deliver.

Most businesses spend between 40-70% of their expenses on labor, but few are able to devote the same energy and focus to the people in the business as they are to the operations and financial results required by customers and creditors.

An effective Human Resources strategy is an essential part of every business. It should consider a number of factors that are key to the success of all businesses. Most importantly, an effective Human Resources strategy delivers alignment of the intrinsic and extrinsic goals of your employees to your bottom line.
